Great value for money, with a huge house and lots of space for 6 people. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the town centre and surrounded by peaceful surroundings. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze with the key safe.
The breakfast could have been better, with more variety or options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at The School House in Cockermouth. The house was perfect for our group of 6, with plenty of space and a warm, cozy atmosphere. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the town center and surrounded by peaceful surroundings. The key safe made check-in a breeze and allowed for flexible arrival times. The house was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the designated parking spaces and visitor parking. Highly recommended!

The location was superb with plenty of pubs and takeaways nearby. the house was huge, lovely, and warm. It was beautifully clean and the beds were very comfy. There were designated parking spaces and lots of visitor parking. Very happy to recommend. Only 15 minutes drive to Keswick, much better value than staying there.
Felt like a special stay, no complaints whatsoever.

My recent stay at the School House was fantastic. The location was superb, with plenty of pubs and takeaways nearby. The house itself was huge and beautifully clean, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. I was impressed with the designated parking spaces and the abundance of visitor parking. Additionally, the check-in process was convenient with the key safe. I had a great experience and would happily recommend the School House to others.

Delightful property, too far from town for walking. Limited outdoor seating, but perfect for warm weather. Comfortable, spacious, and clean house. Convenient key safe check-in. Excellent location near pubs and takeaways, and only a short drive to Keswick. Great value.
